PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM
By accessing, using or otherwise availing of the Online Reservation System, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below, and to any other terms and conditions made available to you on the Online Reservation System.
The Terms of Use constitute a binding legal agreement between the Restaurant and you. Please read the Terms of Use carefully and if you do not agree to any of them, you will not be entitled or permitted to access or use the Online Reservation System and you must refrain from doing so.
We may change the Terms of Use from time to time to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you object to any changes to the Terms of Use, you may stop using the Online Reservation System.
By using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service as binding upon you, including additional terms and conditions and policies referenced and that you agree to comply with them.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMIRAL RESTAURANT RESERVATION SYSTEM
1. Reservation
1.1. All reservations are made only on our website www.admiralrestaurant.com
1.2. Once you place a reservation with Admiral Restaurant you will receive a confirmation to your request (this is not a confirmation to your reservation). Your booking is not complete and legally binding with the Restaurant until such time as you have received a confirmatory email or booking confirmation receipt from the restaurant accepting your booking details. You must make sure that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate. Sometimes the emails can reach your Spam/Junk Inbox, please make sure you check this.
1.3. We reserve the right to decline any booking and are not obligated to give any reason but our staff will do all possible to get in touch with you to inform. In exceptional circumstances we may have to change the booking details and/or timings for example if we are unable to accept your preferences. In this situation you will have the right to cancel the booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. You have the right to cancel your reservation at any time before the reservation starts.

3. Use of Data
3.1. Where you provide your mobile phone number, your name and your email address through the Online Reservation System we will be provided with this information so that we can complete your reservation. The Admiral Restaurant respects confidentiality, transparency, and privacy. We will keep personal data in relation to clients in a variety of formats.
3.2. By providing us with your data, you warrant us that you are over 18 years old. It is very important that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date. Please let us know if at any time your personal information changes by emailing us at: manager@admiralrestaurant.com
4. Obligations and Limitations on Use
4.1. The Online Reservation System is made available for access by you in our restaurant and we make no representation or warranty that any information, materials or functionality included in the Online Reservation System is appropriate or available for use in any other restaurants than ours.
4.2. By using the Online Reservation System you also agree that:

4.4. You will not use the Online Reservation System to place any speculative or false reservations
4.5. You will pay in full for all Products ordered in our restaurant.
4.6. Distributing any unlawful, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene or otherwise objectionable material on or through the Online Reservation System.
4.7. You may not access the Online Reservation System for any commercial purposes.

5. Reservation with Admiral Restaurant
5.1. All reservations are made on our website www.admiralrestaurant.com except reservations for today, they are made only by the phone +353 83 47 00 407.
5.2. All reservations exceeding the number of possible seats at one table which require their relocation are accepted by phone: +353 83 47 00 407 or by email: manager@admiralrestaurant.com. For group bookings (15 or more), you will be required to secure your reservation with a deposit in advance (cash only). Money can be returned to you on the day of reservation.
5.3. If your numbers are increasing or decreasing, please give us at least 24 hours-notice so that we can try to accommodate any changes. Because your contract is directly with the Restaurant any queries or concerns that you may have in connection with your restaurant table booking should be addressed directly to the Restaurant via the details set out in the confirmatory email.
5.4. All bookings are provisional until we confirm the booking via email.
5.5. Be aware that changes can be applied to your request. We don't guarantee the table you choose. Our staff can make changes more suitable for your request.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1. You have the right to cancel your reservation at any time before the reservation starts.

6.3. Be aware that if you fail to cancel your booking or to inform the restaurant of the reduced number in attendees 24 hours prior to the reservation, we reserve the right to charge you (for group bookings 15 or more).
6.4. We reserve the right to cancel a booking, but this of course will be without any liability to you. We have, at any time for any reason without prior notification to you, the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the System if we believe that you are misusing the System or if you are in breach of these User Terms.
6.5. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to guests for one reason or another. Also the restaurant reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to guests if the client already shows inappropriate behavior or is already drunk.
6.6. The restaurant reserves the right to kick guests out if the guest yells or uses obscene language and causes inconvenience to other guests.
7. Restaurant Rules
7.1. You will pay in full for all Products ordered in our restaurant.
7.2. We have a 15 minute grace period. Your booking confirmation will secure your table reservation for up to 15 minutes from the reservation time. Thereafter, your reservation will be treated as null and void.
7.3. We may contact you about this booking, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.
7.4. Your table will be booked for 2 hours 20 min. This may be reduced to 2 hours or less at the restaurant manager’s discretion without any explanations. If specific timings are required for an event, the management must be informed of these in advance.
7.5. No food or beverages (alcohol or non-alcohol) except those supplied by Admiral Restaurant may be consumed within the premises. It is forbidden to bring and drink your own alcohol in the Admiral Restaurant.
7.6. All guests must order food. We cannot cater for drinks only.
7.7. The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to guests for one reason or another. Also the restaurant reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to guests if the client already shows inappropriate behavior or is already drunk.
7.8. The restaurant reserves the right to kick guests out if the guest yells or uses obscene language and causes inconvenience to other guests.
7.9. We make every effort to have high chair availability for your visit however it is subject to demand and at peak hours we do not guarantee this unless you confirmed this requirement at the time of booking.
7.10. Kindly assist your children at all times during your visit at our restaurant. As management do not take any responsibility or liability for any accident occurred with any unattended children during your visit to the restaurant.
Children under 15 can only be on the premises between the hours of 10:30 am and 9:00 pm (10:00 pm from May to September)
8. LOSS AND DAMAGE
8.1. We advise all guest, Please do not leave any personal belongings unattended at any time. As management will not be liable or responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your personal belongings.
